Excavation Services in Oneida, Madison County

Oneida is the largest city in Madison County and a natural center of commerce for the surrounding rural communities. The city has a mix of older residential neighborhoods with homes built from the early 1900s through the postwar era, commercial properties along Route 5 and Route 46, and surrounding rural and agricultural land. From our Sauquoit base, we reach Oneida in about 25 minutes via Route 5.

Hale Excavation is a veteran-owned, licensed, and insured contractor with over 35 years of construction experience. Madison County has limited excavation competition, and property owners in the Oneida area benefit from having access to a full-service contractor with heavy equipment and specialized capabilities. We serve homeowners, builders, commercial property owners, and municipal clients.

Whether the project is a French drain on a village lot, a new septic system on a rural parcel, or a commercial site preparation project, we bring the same standards and equipment. Free estimates, free second opinions, and free consultations.

Why Oneida Properties Need Experienced Excavation

Aging City Infrastructure

Older homes in Oneida have water lines, sewer laterals, and drainage systems that are decades old. When they fail, excavation is the only way to replace them.

Rural Properties on Private Septic

Properties outside the city sewer district rely on private septic. Installation, repair, and leach field work serve this population.

Commercial Growth Along Route 5 and Route 46

The commercial corridors generate demand for site preparation, parking lot work, stormwater management, and utility installation.

Limited Local Excavation Competition

Madison County has fewer excavation contractors than Oneida County. We fill that gap with full-service capability and responsive scheduling.
